I have been for interview for the passed fourth days, interestingly that i have 3 offers that been given to be.
I am glad that i have the opportunity to have the offer.
Today meet a quite a few interesting people.
One thing that i want to clarify is that my resume do really look good at all. Lot of part time or contract job . However having all the experience, i am able to talk more and more confidently on the interview. Just that all the interviewer will ask one question which is what is your future plan if your plan to stay on.
Another word is will you stay long? my answer is just plan to stay long for 5 years in the company, then decide.
After the interview, the HR manager send me out and told me that i am so calm in the interview and seldom see anyone that are so calm in the interview. i just basically tell him that i have been many interview. To be frank, the recruiting agent also did a good job. They prepare me on the knowledge of the company and what to do before the interview.
Not sure is it my experience on the interview that i expected what are the question they will ask me.
Another Interviewer that i attended ask me how many interview i have gone to. I mentioned quite a number. He mentioned about the economy is bad, and still got so many hiring?
I mentioned that i dont really believe in economy is bad as all company do have its turnover rate itself. Sure most company do need admin roles, logistic roles and facilities role. Which i am looking for for my job, All these job wont goes away. You may said that i do not have ambitious on my job. Well, i really dont have . I just work for the sake of working. work for $$ till i can have my own home and what i can cover my expense and for my family.
Which most of us do. What do i do after work... ermm stay home, go out with friends, go singing.
frankly speaking, one of my friend mentioned that go look for a job first before quiting but do you know that some time all these need time and taking too many leave do not look good for your current job as well.
Yes you can have $$ while looking for job but will you have another mindset of not quiting?
it is really depending of people. Yes now a lot of graduated students are out and have their degree but without experience. Most of the company would prefer less training and able to pick up things fast.
4 days of interview, i still have another one more day of interview before i agree to any of the job.
For now be bold, stay calm and be confident on the interview. Think positively that you will look for the job you want. :)
